Refund & Return Policy

At The New Excellent, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Returns are accepted under the following conditions
1. Eligible Returns
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom-made or special-order materials.
  • Clearance or discounted items.
  • Materials were damaged due to improper handling or storage at the site.
3. Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection before approval. Approved returns may be:

  • Replaced, or
  • Refunded as per agreement (excluding delivery or handling charges)
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
