1. Delivery Timelines
- Standard items: 24–48 working hours.
- Bulk and project orders: As per mutually agreed schedules.
- Same-day or urgent delivery may be available for select items (subject to availability).
2. Delivery Conditions
- Delivery timelines are confirmed at the order confirmation stage.
- Site access and unloading responsibility must be arranged by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
- Delays due to force majeure, site restrictions, or government regulations are not the company’s liability.
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges, if applicable, are communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Additional charges may apply for remote locations or urgent deliveries.
